1. Eligibility for Returns

✅ Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
✅ A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory to process the return.
✅ The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
✅ Returns will not be accepted for items damaged due to customer mishandling.

2. How to Request a Return

📩 Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
🎥 Share a clear 360-degree unboxing video showing the issue with the product.
🚚 Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Refund Process

🔄 Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed.
💳 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
❌ Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

📌 Note: Failing to provide a 360-degree unboxing video will make the return request ineligible.
